These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of bowlscoreboard.co.uk and to any order or agreement you enter into with us — whether you are a bowls club buying scoreboards outright, a club joining our sponsored-scoreboard scheme, or a local business sponsoring an advertising slot. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Scoreboards are physical picked-number bowls scoreboards manufactured for outdoor bowls greens and supplied set up on day one.
• Photographs and descriptions on the site are illustrative. Minor variations in colour, materials, or fittings may occur.
• Registered Design Nos. 6396511 and 6434560 protect our scoreboard designs. You may not copy or reproduce them.

• Scoreboards bought outright are priced on enquiry — we confirm the price for your green in writing before any order is placed.
• Purchased scoreboards are covered against manufacturing faults; see the guarantee terms below.
• Prices are in £ GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. We may update prices at any time; the price confirmed on your order stands.
• Delivery and installation timings will be agreed with your club in writing before we start work.

• Where a scoreboard's advertising space is sold to a sponsor, that scoreboard is supplied and fitted at no cost to the club.
• Sponsored scoreboards carry a lifetime guarantee for as long as the advertising space on the scoreboard is sold. The guarantee does not cover misuse, vandalism, accidental damage, or removal by the club.
• If a sponsor does not renew, the club keeps the scoreboard — we never take it back. We continue working to renew the contract or find a new advertiser to fill the space, and the club is never chased for any shortfall.

• A sponsor buys a scoreboard's entire advertising space at £495 per scoreboard per year. A typical 6-scoreboard green is £2,970 per year.
• Multi-year discounts: 2 years −10%, 3 years −15%, 5 years −20% off the package total.
• Adverts are produced as high-grade advertising stickers and applied to the scoreboard.
• Sponsors may supply their own ready-made artwork, or we can design the advert for an additional cost. Printing and fitting are included. Final artwork is subject to sponsor sign-off before printing.
• Once artwork is approved and sent to print, sponsorship fees for that print run are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to decline advertising content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable for a bowls club setting.

Scoreboards fitted under the sponsored scheme remain the property of BowlScoreboard for the duration of the sponsorship term. The club grants us reasonable access to the green to install, maintain, refresh, or recover scoreboards. Scoreboards purchased outright by a club become the club's property on payment.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. All content, branding, and imagery on the site belongs to BowlScoreboard or its licensors and is protected by UK and international law.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your order was placed.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change when we do. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when the order was confirmed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
